Tag 24- Stagliano and his eye for [mass] talent

"Today, the new young pornographers I meet wear as a badge of honor their devotion to the art form of porn. The VCR and now the Internet have made career choices in my business plentiful and much more acceptable, at least to a growing group of courageous Americans. I am very proud to have been a part of this." [John Stagliano, Kozinski-affaire]The year 2008 was full of convulsive attempts to create an aura of sociability around the proud porn-producer John Stagliano, who still is in the center of a lawsuite [indicted for distributing obscene materials via mail and online]. In July, using the Kozinski-affaire to talk about the normality of pornography in human life one of the most creative libertarians on earth was detected doing his real business and showing his real intentions. It will be a pleasure to see his Vegas-friends to try to show him as a victim of ultraconservatives, this time.

It was not really surprising to see the one of the biggest pornocrates in history to enter the new market segment "Abmahnwahn" in Germany and now in Great Britain, too. A simple story: Sell some "worldwide rigths" to the german licensee Digiprotect GmbH, Frankfurt, which tracks p2p-network users in Germany [and now in Great Britain, too] that illegaly share films of your product range. Let DigiProtect GmbH get their adresses via german prosecutors [criminal complaint - §106UrhGff] and let a famous and well-known lawyer sent them criminals "warning letters" and an invitation to clean the civil law record at DigiProtect GmbH with 525€ [771$].

Besides all other legal questions that occured over the last year about the process, one main question was not answered: Are the contracts Producer-DigiProtect infringing German laws? The german Patent Office still thinks over that question, especially about the contract-detail "über dezentrale Computernetzwerke auszuwerten und öffentlich zugänglich zu machen" ["to make available -the film- to the public in peripheral computer-networks"]. The recently leaked "Stagliano"-contract gives us more information about the networks. [And the comforting message, that Stagliano has not used persons under 18 in his films. -§174StGB-]

But wait a second. Everybody knows, that the famous lawyers of DigiProtect GmbH create some pressure in their "Warning Letters" by trash-talking about the criminal act of "making pornography available for persons under 18 in unsercured networks" [§184StGBff]. And nobody has yet complained about the deal of a pornking [and one of the most creative libertarians in the world], who is convicted of knowingly using an interactive computer service to display an obscene image, ... in a manner available to a person under 18 years of age in violation of Title 47, United States Code, Sections 223(d) and 2(a), three days before he signed a contract with a german uploader by contract in p2p-networks to allow the uploader by contract with the intention to blackmail young germans [and now Great Britains, too] to upload all kind and tons of obscene pornography by contract without any control for americans, expecially those under 18.

"In fact, society is much more accepting of deviant views and lifestyles today compared to previous times. The Internet has allowed people with preferences outside the mainstream to bond together." [John Stagliano] He forgot to mention: to create new sex-discipline: recruit new pornlovers under 18 in the US and blackmail Germans and Britons.
